Dear Sir,
We wrote you in May re Pastoral Lease 1464/96, of 113,640 acres, which was transferred by Mr. Hester to you at the beginning of this year, the rent on which was paid by us on the 1st March, £28/10/-, during which time the transfer was going through.
Will you please let us have your cheque at once for this sum on Mr. Hester'a account.
