The remains of Dr. H. T. Kelsall, president of the Medical Board of W.A., were interred in the Church of England cemetery, Karrakatta, on Friday. Death took place at his residence, Buckland Hill, on Thursday night. The deceased was born in India on June 4, 1865, and he was a son of Surgeon-Major Kelsall. He came to Western Australia in 1890, resigning a position of surgeon in the Royal Navy.

Dr. Kelsall had many public offices in various institutions and retired in 1917 from public life and lived in the Moora district, being interested in stockbreeding.
