1913: "Mrs. Arthur Griffith ons Saturday placed her house and pretty grounds at Manly at the disposal of a large company of young guests, who assembled at 'Sturtholme'…"[1]

1916: "'STURTHOLM,' SPIT-ROAD, MANLY. Which (says the 'Sun'), with Mr. Arthur Griffith's other properties, is to be sold by auction."[2]
