Empire Day. We are planning[?] with the launch[?] on Monday week in our observances, the programme for which includes addresses & exercises for the children, suitable[?] to the occasion. I am whole-heartedly with those who would lead the nation[?] of tomorrow to a real appreciation of the Imperial heritage to which they have been born & [illegible] my small endeavours will always be to that part[?] .
