Dear Aubrey

Your letter & parcel I received this morning. Thank you so much for the endless trouble you have been to with[?]  those s…g…[?] , I like this last lot very much, please let me know what I owe[?]  you for them, then I can send Mrs Hall a money order for some more like them, the first lot I think I will do as you susjested[sic] make [illegible]  for Henry. We are going

Page break

to get up a picnic on Monday (being a holiday) at the beach, only the Cowans & ourselves & would be delighted to have your company, Henry says come up on Saturday evening, do try & come I’m going to try & write to Mrs Hall this mail if my eyes will allow me they are a bit off.

Everyone is gold mad again having found some of the precious metal in the Karatha soak about half a mile from [illegible]

I remain
Sincerely yours
Ada Gillam
