Dear Sir,
RE LEASE OF CARNARVON COMMONAGE.
Your application for extension of lease of Carnarvon Commonage for a further term of two years from date of expiry of present lease, June 30th. next, vide your letter of 31st. March 1931. was placed before a meeting of my Council held on 10th. inst.
The applied for extension of lease from July 1st. 1931. to June 30th. 1933. was granted to you subject to all the terms and conditions of lease instrument governing your current lease of the Common excepting only Clause 16 A.
Please acknowledge your acceptance of conditions governing extension of lease for further term of two years.
